John Reynolds
John established Roydene Partners to deliver discreet and truly independent, Partner led corporate finance advisory services to SME clients. He has 20 years of experience gained in Big 4, Corporate & Investment Banking and boutique investment and advisory environments in London, Dublin, Edinburgh and Belfast.
John has a track record of originating, structuring and executing transactions with a focus on the Private Equity, Corporate and Leveraged Finance space.
He was nominated for NI Dealmaker of the Year at the 2021 Insider Awards having led the team that was awarded Corporate Finance team of the year.
John is a Chartered Accountant and holds an honours degree in Business & Accountancy from the University of Edinburgh.
Andy Roden
Andrew has over 15 years of experience working across Investment Management, Corporate Banking, and multiple Corporates across various sectors.
Andrew has advised numerous Senior Executive teams on various strategic finance priorities including, but not limited to, raising capital, debt refinancing, mergers and acquisitions and general financial forecasting and budgeting.
Andrew previously led the Investor Relations team at Digicel Group, a leading digital provider across the Caribbean, Central America and Asia Pacific.
Andrew is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds an honours degree in Economics and Finance from Queen’s University Belfast
